4. The sound of the ocean – can’t think of anything more soothing and powerful
5. Spontaneous relaxation (Dave and I have been doing a lot of this and it’s good for the mind, body, and soul)

7. Reading a really good book that you can’t put down and that you stay up late reading… the kind where you miss the characters for weeks after you finish
8. Dinner with friends

So this blog just sucks. I keep saying that I’m going to start blogging again and for some reason it just doesn’t happen. But I used to love it. It was such an important part of my week. So, this week, I will try again. I’m setting out to start blogging again. Actually, first up is to fix up this sad looking blog first. It really needs some help. I need to treat myself like a client and actually give myself a great product!
